Returns / Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as received.  Any items that have been used, previously installed or are returned with any signs of use or damage may be rejected or receive additional restocking fees. For that reason, please confirm your item is in new condition before returning.

All items require a Return Authorization # (RMA#) to be included on the return package.

Damage Upon Arrival:

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item arrives damaged. We would appreciate photos of the damage so we may file a claim and send a replacement ASAP.

Exchanges:

If you'd like to exchange an item, simply request a return for the original item and place a separate order for the replacement item.

Refunds:

Refunds are processed within 3-4 business days of item being returned. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
